Hello, I am trying to connect an Arlo Essential and an Arlo HUB (VMB4540) to Homekit, but it doesn't work. I get stuck at the "Discovering your device page". Others have been solved with a token reset... could I please request? Thanks

It's annoying to depend on the Support to reset your camera. You should add a feature that allows us to do that on our own. Moreover, It could be nice to have the Homekit code too. It will be easier to set up our Cameras.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?
