SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! I had trouble with night recordings and chatted with tech who told me to reset the camera. I did. Now I can't get the videos to record WITHOUT SOUND. It recorded without sound before the reset. It will make me crazy; I will probably throw the camera away if I can't get this back to the way it was. I have the speaker and microphone off. Thanks in advance.
