Ok so has anyone else had issues with these crap cameras not reconnecting to a new network? Has anyone actually received a call from a human at this company?

Are you able to provide more details about what you are experiencing? Are the cameras offline? Have you tried re-onboarding? At what point are you experiencing an issue?

I have owned these for a year. Lost power and ever since they work only sometimes. Replaced my router and still nothing reset and I might get one of the 3 cameras to flash the blue light. Finally get two working then one after an hour goes offline. This has been a constant battle since purchasing these junk cameras. I opened a ticket and got no where. I am confident these are defective but rather then replacing Arlo just goes silent.

Before the camera drops offline, what does the signal strength icon show? How far away from your router are the cameras? If you bring them close to the router temporarily to test, do you still experience the same behavior?
