Spotlight camera delay in viewing recordings

I get a notification of motion but when i try to view it i can't. Long delay before it is viewable in library or as a thumb size video in preview

What's the length of the recording as well as your upload speed from your ISP? You can't see the video until it's uploaded. Are you also using Smart notifications? That can delay things a bit.
