It used to work, but now has no sound.
How can we clean / fix it? or is it beyond repair?

Check the app in the doorbell settings to ensure audio settings are correct. Also check the phone settings for the Arlo app to ensure the mic has permissions. It could be worthwhile to remove the doorbell from your account and add it back to see if that fixes it.

Thanks. We've tried all the obvious settings, but given that it started crackling then gradually became worse we're fairly sure it's broken, just wanted to know if there's anything to clean
