Some questions about Essential wireless and the Pro 4

Hi everyone, 

So i had a couple of questions. I was thinking of getting 3 essential wire free cameras and two Arlo pro 4 cameras. 

Now my question was when i buy an Arlo secure account i will be able to use all 5 of them under the same account right even though the models are different. And the price would stay at $9.99/month. 

Secondly if i am planning on installing these outside of the US that would not be an issue correct in terms of my Arlo secure account.
