My device records people arriving but not leaving. Meaning there's a video of the delivery driver arriving but not getting out, walking to my door or returning to the vehicle.

You can adjust the length of recording time ....

Go to DEVICES

click on GEAR of camera

go to DEFAULT MODE SETTINGS

change recording time.... ( Till motion stops max 5 mins ) or ( fixed time more than current )
