Had a free trial subscription that ran out, the pair button went out it’s not pairing any more. Is there a way to retrieve videos off the camera? Vital videos on in very, very important I need to retrieve them if possible

Subscription and pairing don't have anything to do with each other.
The camera doesn't store videos - the cloud does. However, with no subscription, they're deleted and can't be recovered. You can buy an appropriate plan to see if they pop up but I doubt it.
This also, once again, points out the need to proactively download videos of interest. They can't be deleted (unless you do so on the phone) unlike those seen in the app as cloud recordings.

Thank for the fast response I recently tried linking the cam to the app again it will pair but won’t connect to my Wi-Fi any suggestions on that?

If it's paired, it's connected to your WiFi (unless you're using a hub to connect to). I guess I need you to be more explicit as to what you've tried and what you see.
