Essential camera issue

I just added an essential spotlight camera to our system. All was good for the first couple of days. Now the essential camera is shutting off and if you go to camera settings to turn it back on, the on/off feature is not showing at all. 
Any suggestions?

I just noticed that motion will turn the camera back on, at which time the on/off feature will show on the settings but what if I want to turn the camera on live without any motion?

Try rebooting the phone and reisntalling the app. Also try the web client (my.arlo.com) to see if there's a difference.
