I have tried removing devices and now the app will not find any cameras or the base station. I have also used the reset button on the base station and the camera doesn’t read the qr code. The app states all are operational

If all are operational there's nothing to do - they're already connected.

After resetting the base station, I now have 2 amber lights and 1 green (from left to right)

Have you tried re-adding the base to your account?

That's a problem. You need a minimum of the power and Internet LEDs being green so 2 green, 1 off or amber left to right. It could be a bad power supply or base.
