Recordings showing inside of someone else's house!

Really strange! Logged onto back end earlier to check a few alerts/notifications. It showed me several recordings of the inside of someone elses home!! A man in his lounge with this large brown dog!! Not anyone I knew. This camera is an outdoor gauge floodlight camera and shows only our driveway. I'm very worried that its suddenly filmed the inside of someone else's home! When I went to go back in and take a screenshot, these recordings had disappeared. 

Has anyone else ever experienced this or suggest what I should do?

Is it possible that the camera was an "open box" one that someone else had returned before you bought it? I suppose this could be due to a server fart but shouldn't have happened. Other brands have had issues with users seeing videos from others' cameras but I haven't seen any reports lately of Arlo being one of them.
