I purchased 6 cameras for Christmas. We want to return them. I have a couple days maybe before my 30 days are up! There is absolutely NO WAY I can get in contact with anyone to start an RMA!!!! I have to but a subscription for live chat...but I cannot subscribe if a camera isn't hooked up!!! This is absurd!!!! They won't even sync! For $800+ there should be a way to resolve this!!!!! I need support NOW! Please tell me how!!!

I cannot believe I spent hours on this and the phone number is on your emailed confirmation tracking email!!!!

 

I feel so dumb but apparently I am not alone!!!! The wonderful woman gave me an RMA and emailed it to me in 4 minutes!!!!!
