08/12/2023 @ 1:11 PM. I just purchased a spotlight Essential camera system and started a new monitoring subscription with Arlo that I used another email I have. I added 2 of the new cameras to my old hub that belongs to the old Pro2 system I have had for a couple of years. Now my new & old cameras appear on the old hub, however, don't I need to change the old hub email to reflect the new email I used to set up the new mentoring service???

Yes, but it said I could add any Arlo cameras to my account for same price. Actually, I was finally able to add the other cameras to my new account. Everything is working but they made me put 2 cameras on some sort of temporary plan. I hope I can move they over to my account once trial period is over...

We should clarify this a bit.
It sounds like you created a new account and purchased a subscription for that account. But then chose to add the Essential camera to your old account.
If that is what you did, then the Essential camera would be using a trial subscription in the old account, and with the paid subscription being unused.
- Is that the case?
- Did you go with the monthly subscription, or the annual payment???

That should happen automatically. If it doesn't, you can add them to your paid subscription plan manually (no need for support). You'd do that from my.arlo.com if you use an iphone.
