My Essential outdoor w/spotlight is malfunctioning.  Spent well over an hour with tech support and they're requesting the receipt.  Does anyone know what email address your confirmation/receipt came FROM?  I have all the emails with the quick start guide etc, but cannot find any email from Arlo with my purchase confirmation.  I even know the date of purchase as I bought direct and it's on my CC.  Any suggestions?
