Problem activating Arlo Essential Spotlight

When trying to reactivate the camera after completing a factory reset, I had problems with the WiFi connection step. Took me dozens of failed attempts and hours to figure this out, but it turns out that my Eero WiFi extender had somehow paused this device and was preventing WiFi access. I had to go into the Eero app, find the device as it was previously named and change "pause" to "resume."  This enabled the camera to activate. Finally!!!!
