One camera on two mobile phones

The wife and I have a Arlo door camera and we both use it on our mobile phone apps. Today I purchased an additional Arlo Essential Spotlight camera but we cannot add this camera to the app on both phones. As soon as we try to add it to the second phone it deletes it from the first phone. Does anyone know a solution?

ARe you using the same account to log into Arlo or did the original owner use Settings, Grant Access to the other? In either case, only the original account can install the camera. If the second person has been granted access, you just need to go into their account under Grant Access and select the new camera to allow the other person to see it.
