My parents and I both have arlo. We used to be able to see the camera live feed that she shared with us. Now that my mum updated her app, we can no longer see it. The notification pops up on our phone, but then we can’t access that in our library or as a live feed. 
This is the outdoor spotlight camera from her. We have a base station and 1 spotlight camera we pay monthly for. My mum has 4 spotlight cameras with a subscription. Any help much appreciated please 

 

note - we haven’t updated the app, we can’t - it won’t let us. But she was prompted to update so she did.

There are some downsides to migrating to the new "Feed" interface. 

  • "Feed" only has three modes - Arm Away, Arm Home, and Standby.  While you can modify them, you cannot add more.
  • The combination of geofencing+scheduling doesn't completely work.

If you are ok with these limitations, then try this hack:  Go into "Add device" and start to add a Pro 5s camera.  You can't complete that process without the camera.  But the workflow will migrate you to "Feed" before you get stuck.
