No alerts nor video saved from motion for three days. Other cameras are working. Subscription is active. The motion test works. Manual recording is saved to library and viewable. It updated to the latest available firmware two days ago (version matches latest provided in arlo support post about latest firmware versions). The night before prompted for the firmware update the battery inexplicably drained from 70% to completely dead over night. Firmware failed multiple times before completion. What can be done to get this camera working again?

What is the active mode? Does it have a rule for the camera in it and it's set to record? Have you rebooted the camera? Is the battery now charged?

It’s active on a schedule. Schedule configuration looks ok, unchanged. Schedule has been working for 3 years on that camera. No rules, though it does use activity zones. The zone’s configuration is ok, unchanged for years. Yes it was rebooted and yes its battery charged to full capacity.

Rules must be used inside each mode in order to arm cameras. The schedule could be an issue so delete the whole thing and rebuild it as before.

There’s nothing called “rules” to configure so not sure what’s being referred to. The camera arms on a schedule and that schedule has remained unchanged in over a year.
To be explicit, I’ve changed nothing about the camera settings and the camera has been working correctly for years until recently when it suddenly stopped and prompted for a firmware update. I then accepted the update but it still won’t work.

Rules are in each mode. They dictate how the cameras are (dis)armed and what they do when armed.

How are the cameras connected - to your WiFi or to a hub? Have you rebooted each camera or the hub? Sometimes the reboot causes things to start working properly.
