I set six cameras up. During the 30 day free trial, all cameras notified my wife and I 24/7. We waited a few days to sign up for the plan. The website shows it is active. However, the cameras do not push notifications. I can access them live, but no notifications. Please help!

First confirm that you can make manual recordings while livestreaming the cameras.  That confirms that the cameras are in a subscription plan.

Assuming they are, then check the mode(s) you are using - making sure there are rules for the cameras that tell them to notificy and record.   The details here depend on whether your app shows "Library" or whether it shows "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead.  The "Library" instructions are first; the "Feed" instructions are second.
