I really hope, that should I actually be able to make my purchase, that Arlo customer service is not always this terrible. I signed up for the newsletter to receive a 10% off promo code and the code received is "out of coupons" and does not work. The chat feature states I am "not entitled to reach a live agent" and the phone number I found within another discussion about this exact issue hangs up on me because I don't have an order number. Is this for real?
