Somebody hack my camera, no record at all

It's unlikely that someone hacked the camera but, if in doubt, change your account password and ensure 2FA (two factor authentication) is enabled. 

Any new camera requires a subscription for cloud recordings. It may just be the the initial free trial subscription expires and you need to purchase at least a single camera plan. Look in Settings, Home, Plans to verify that you have no subscription as well as to purchase a plan.
