New user with IOS and using 4.0.3 is not getting the dashboard when logging in

   I added 3 users to our church group of cameras. Each is using an Apple cell phone with the Arlo app 4.0.3.

I sent access permission and they have accepted it. When they log into the app they do not get the dashboard. They get a request to start a subscription or add a device.

Ensure that you and the granted users are using the same app experiment.

Once you update your app you cannot go back.
