I have centurylink and I can not connect to my Wi-Fi

  1. Make sure you are selecting the right model - selecting Essential Spotlight when you have the Essential won't work (neither will selecting Essential when you have the Essential Spotlight).
  2. Make sure the network security is set to WPA2 (AES).
  3. If you have punctuation in the network name or network password, you might need to remove it.
  4. If you can disable 5 ghz wifi in your router, try doing that when onboarding
  5. If you are trying with the app, try using a PC browser (my.arlo.com).
