Arlo essential outdoor camera and doorbell, as soon as I upgraded the app it stopped sending recordings to my feed. It shows a number for recordings or events on the widget and the feed, but there's no way to access them. They simply aren't being stored and I get a notice saying 'there was an issue loading feed events - try again'
Reported it to support, they accelerated it and I haven't heard a word. Experience on this?

Oh, Yes. It's been 5 days with no security, since the app won't upload or save ANY events other than mode changes.
The first day was trouble shooting, then they escalated to the smart people.
I had to call back yesterday because I hadn't heard anything, and they did more trouble shooting, since I run a VPN.
That trouble shooting didn't tell us anything, so they escalated it again and told me they would call me.
Also, the same thing happened last year when they updated their app, and all of my microphones from the cameras stopped working. I had to boot back to a previous version of the app to make them work again, and the newer version after that finally worked right.
Every time they do a major app update, they convince me it's time to buy a bunch of new cameras and a security system that really works. Ring, or whatever...

I'd be happy to boot back to a previous app version, but they don't call so I'm just sitting here with cameras (that work just fine), with no recordings and no feed, since the app is useless.
