My cameras are not live streaming on my desktop with a still picture and a message stating please wait followed by a "error occurred please try later" with a green OK box. Both me and my wife's android cell phones work fine with the system. Any Ideas?

Does logging into an incognito/private window in the browser behave differently?

I'm sorry I don't know what that means but, I haven't changed anything nor am I having any other problems except for the no live streaming of all my cameras. Please advise.

If you use chrome, click on the three dot in the upper right of the browser window. You'll see "new incognito window" there.
Click on that, and log into my.arlo.com again, and see if you have the same issue.
Safari and Firefox call this a "Private Window", Edge calls this an "InPrivate Window"
This mode doesn't use the browser cache or saved cookies, so it might behave differently.

Still not live streaming I tried several different browsers. The only thing I get is please wait... with no upload wheel spinning like I do on my cell phones before it connects to live stream. What my desktop will do is record and play back a recording of motion detection. That is all. Any thoughts?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

At first, I thought I lost a flash player, so I downloaded acrobat. That did nothing except for them to tell me I may have malicious spy ware called "malware bytes" which I do as well as Norton. That didn't work. So, I then noticed that I have no app. for Arlo, nor do I have any downloads so, I went to Goggle play store found the Arlo Secure site to download it. When I hit start a menu popped up showing the only 3 places, I can download to are both cell phones and a tablet which all 3 work fine but no listing of my HP desktop. The only thing on my desktop I have is a short cut to "Arlo Sign in" for which I can play back motion alarms and keep or discard them. The only problem is I can't live feed.

Flash hasn't been used since Adobe dropped it in 2020. I'm suspicious that "Acrobat" flagged Malwarebytes which makes me think you downloaded a bogus file (maybe, maybe not). I'd certainly run some scans with whatever security software you have installed, all of them, to ensure your system isn't infected. Make sure all the apps and the OS are fully up to date.
Now, there is no app or other program for a computer to interface with Arlo - that's what the browser web client is for. You should simply open a new tab in the browser and enter https://my.arlo.com in the URL bar (hopefully that's what your desktop shortcut aims to). That allows you to log in and do whatever you need in the Arlo world. Since Flash is no longer used, some setting or extension in the browser may be blocking the autoplay of the html5 video. You can click on the "lock" icon at the left of the URL bar and check the site settings for the browser to see what you can figure out relative to video.
It's also possible that Norton or some other security software is somehow blocking access so you need to check those, too. One step would be to temporarily disable one at a time to see if that helps.

I've been having the same issue as well. I tried both Firefox and Chrome. I cleared my cache, rebooted my Arlo hub but still can't livestream. Works fine on my Android phone. Not sure what happened .. my routine is to review the recordings each morning but that's all I can do now.

Have you temporarily disabled Norton? Sometimes security packages block access so you have to make modifications there to get things to work.
