Here is a quote from the description of Arlo plans:  "Unlimited camera support plans apply only to Arlo cameras at a single residential location AND on the same Arlo account." (emphasis added)

Since I have cameras at two houses, I took this at face value and spent many hours trying to figure out how to get recordings from all of my cameras to show up together on the app once I had paid for subscriptions for all of them.  Turns out the quoted statement is wrong -- you CAN have cameras at two residential locations on one plan so long as they are on the same account.

After 2 hours of chatting with an agent and after the agent escalated the question, we discovered that the plan description is just wrong.  He said "Sorry.  Have a nice day!"

Would be nice if Arlo would fix their plan description.

Yes.

Though there are some cases where people do want two accounts (for instance if one property is business).  In those cases you can use friend access to see all the cameras from a single account.
