I purchased an Essential Spotlight camera. When I first tried to add the device and create a profile, it offered me the free trial. However, I was having issues getting it to connect to the WiFi; it kept timing out before it could find the camera so I was about to return it to the store. Because of that, I removed the device and uninstalled the app, until my son convinced me to try again 1 last time. We finally got it going but I no longer have the free trial offer. Can it be reapplied to my account?

Hi! I reached out to Arlo on Messenger and someone was able to guide me. Problem is resolved. However, I now have a free trial AND a 1 month single-camera plan that was purchased and paid via PayPal. Can this one be cancelled and refunded to me?

The paid plan can certainly be cancelled. Be aware that you paid for a full month so there's no refund for the unused part - you just get to use it until that month runs out.
