when I am away from my house I can not log into my account. It’s says internet not available

What user interface are you using to login, arlo mobile app or web portal on pc browser?

 

If by mobile, check the permissions for the app to use the cellular data network.

 

if using the pc web browser, check if the pc’s anitivirus firewall is allowing the my.arlo.com site.
