I can’t find a phone number for customer service anywhere ?

Correct.  If you have a subscription, you can get phone support via the app.  Go in to the support area, and select a camera that has a subscription.  Scroll down and you will find a phone option in the contacts section. Phone support is available from 7 am to 7 pm US Pacific time.
