I replaced an older camera with an Essential Spotlight Camera adding notification failing.

I replaced an older camera with an Essential Spotlight Camera (Firmware 1.090.35. 1_30_5159f0e, Hardware H9, SN AB63387LD094E) and want to add my wife to get notifications. She already has notification access to the other cameras around the property. The app is running on a Pixel Pro 6 running Android 16. But when I check the new installed camera and select save, I get an error message: Operation failed, What step am I missing? I'm not a fan of the updated phone either. My wife still gets notification from the other cameras.

Just a SWAG here - does the new camera have a subscription? I don't know that the lack of one would cause this but you may want to check. You can also try using a computer browser (my.arlo.com) to see if that works.

Are you seeing "Feed" and "Dashboard" in the app?  Or are you seeing "Library"?

 

What is your wifi seeing in her app?
