I have an Arlo Essential (VMC2030). It's offline and will not charge more sync

My Arlo essential went offline and will not charge or sync.  I keep it solar charged so it is not the battery.  When I go online it says it will come back on when the temperature rises (like it is below freezing). I am in Texas in May... it is 80 degrees out.  All of the help articles say to reset, but it won't even turn on.

Sounds like a faulty camera to me. Use Settings, Support (Center) to choose your camera model and get in contact with official support for a possible RMA.
