I get no feed or notifications.  I can only see what is currently happening.  I pay $9.99 a month.  When I log into support it does not show that i have a device, yet they take money from my account each month.

Are you perhaps using a shared "friend" account?

Someone helped me today to solve my problem but i still have no saved feed or notifications.   Could someone please help me solve this issue?

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera?

 

If you can, does it show up in your feed?

I can take a video and the feed will show there is a recording but when I click on feed the page is blank.

Is there a filter set in Feed? Use the 3 dot menu icon and then Feed Settings to verify that no filters is being used. You can also click on the camera thumbnail in Dashboard or Devices (not on the gear or live view icons, just on the thumbnail) and that will show only videos from that camera.

What mode is the system in?  Make sure it is either in Arm Home or Arm Away.

 

Also check the rules in those modes, to make sure there are rules that arm each of your cameras.

It is in arm home.  I used to get a feed when I first got it but they told me I was logged in under the wrong email account.  She had me log in under the right account but it still didn't fix it.  I appreciate your help but I don't know why it suddenly stopped recording events.

Are you still getting the notifications on your phone?

 

Go into the Arm Home mode and see if a rule for the cameras are included there.   The "rules" section in this article should you do that.

Also, press the three dots in the upper right of the "Feed" page, and then select "Feed Settings".  Make sure all Event Types and Devices are selected.
