How to use full functions on two phones

I feel like the app is very limited and wondering if I’m using it wrong, set up was super easy but then had so much trouble adding to my partners phone made us set up seperate user logins and his only got limited access even with admin access even simple stuff like notifications options now his getting tone notification just for wind blowing he doesn’t seem to have option to set activity zones or limit notifications any suggestions as we need it on both phones ???

1. Activity zones apply to the camera, and are the same for all accounts.
2. He can pause temporarily pause all notifications on his phone - I agree it would be nice to have more control over that.
