How long does the battery stay charged?

I just bought this camera, hoping to use it at a second home. How long will the batteries stay charged?  Just want to monitor the front door.

Spec battery life is based on <5 minutes per day on average of recording and live viewing. If you keep under that, you should get 3-4 months. If you really don't have any activity at all, they can last over 6 months.
