How do I get the company to send me a hard copy of the owners manual?

Online the manual is 89 pages. I want a hard copy to reference. How do I contact somebody and have them send it? I tried Chat feature and it kept sending me to an inactive page.

You'll need to print it yourself.

You've got to be kidding me. I bought this from a company and there was no manual and it was sealed. How do I get a manuel?
