When you plug the camera in to AC power does the camera LED blink blue briefly? Did you let the battery completely drain before charging (proactively charging is a Good Idea)? If no blue blink, check that you're using an appropriate charger (use different ones to see if that helps) as well as making sure the cable is fully connected on each end. If the battery is totally dead, try this procedure - the key is to plug and unplug several times to get enough charge into the battery to then allow it to charge normally:

I have the same problem. Even after trying different cords and outlets. It simply will not charge or even act like it’s trying to. There’s no phone number to contact customer service which is extremely frustrating

Jbennett0128,
If you have an active trial or subscription plan you can contact support using the Arlo Secure app under settings > support to further investigate the issue.

Shouldn’t need a plan for the camera to charge.

You don't. But you do need a subscription to engage with support, unless the camera is still under warranty.

Then it is under warranty.
I'm tagging the mods ( @JamesC , @BrookeN , @ShayneS ) so they can create a support request on your behalf.
