I have had the camera a few years, my wife is on as a friend, yesterday something happened bumped us both off. I ended up having to delete the camera and start over, worked. But now when I send her an invite, she logs in and there is nothing. Tried deleting app and reinstalling. Any suggestion????

Verify that the accounts look the same. The old user interface (UI) shows Library to view videos while the new UI shows Feed. If the guest shows Feed but not yours you will need to migrate to the new UI for things to work. If they are the same and both show Feed, she should click on Home at the top and choose the bottom one. Each user gets their own Home so I recommend renaming at least one to remove the confusion.

Similar thing is happening with my husband and I. Our apps look different. We don’t have a base station. He could see and hear everything,  I couldn’t so I downloaded the app and added the cameras to my account which then disappeared off his account. Now he can’t see the cameras. I bought a secure subscription to see if that would work and still can’t share the cameras. We both need to be able to see the cameras. (Essential spot light purchased at SAMS Club, no base station) I don’t know what to do, tried everything. Both have IPhone 7s. If I delete the app, restart the phone and down load it- I still don’t have the same app as my husband.

Some details we need:

  1. whose account is the primary account, and which one is the "friend" account?
  2. Does your interface show "Library" on the main page, or or does it show "Dashboard" and "Feed"?
  3. Does your husband's interface show "Library" on the main page, or does it show "Dashboard" and "Feed"?
