Hi I have tried everything but my husband cannot access the cameras. Not sure what else to do, Any thoughts please.

Did he accept the invite on a PC (clicking on the link in the email)?

I followed instructions and granted him access through myarlo.com he set up his own arlo account but when he signs in he has no devices ,if he signs in with my login details it logs me out as my account has been signed in from another device

I think there in lies the problem as there is not link to click on in the email, it just says create an account. At my end the request is still pending.
