Grant Access feature doesn't appear to work

I granted my wife access to our Arlo Essential cameras, but it doesn't appear to work.  She gets the notifications, but cannot view the videos.  She has an iPhone and I have an Android device.  I chatted with a Support Rep who said it's because she's on UX version 4 and I'm on UX version 3.  He also indicated that we couldn't sync the versions.  Is there nothing I can do to enable this important feature?

Never mind.  I misunderstood the support rep.  He sent me instructions on how to update my UX version and it resolved the issue.
