Hello Arlo,
I’m experiencing an issue with geofencing on my Pixel 10 Pro. It was working fine on my previous phone, but since switching to the Pixel 10 Pro, it no longer functions as expected.
I have it set up to activate one mode when I leave home and another when I return, but the modes are not changing at all.
Could you please help me troubleshoot this?

Also check your location settings for the app in the phone settings. What was your previous phone? Our Pixel 9 phones are working fine. It may be worthwhile to remove the app, reboot the phone and reinstall Arlo.

First double-check that the pixel 10 is the only device in the available geofencing device list.
(press on the profile icon in the upper left, then privacy center. You'll see available geofencing devices there).
