Free Arlo Secure trial - missing on one of tree. Arlo Essensial spotlight H8

Hi I have just bought a 3 pack with arlo essensial spotlight package - on one of them there is no free trial.

I have tried to reset it by taken it of and then pushing the button til it blinks orange and then re add the camera but it does not activate.

What can I do? The other two works fine but the one of them does only work with live and it is quite annoying.

Let's have you try re-onboarding all three of those cameras. remove the cameras from the account.  I have provided a link with the steps to set them up on the account.

I have tried that 2 times - No luck. Still doesent work.

You might want to exchange with the seller.  Remove the two working cameras from your account if you need to return all three.
