Flashing amber rest don’t work

IR light I shining and amber  flashes, when I am reseting. 
The ledlight won’t turn blue. I have followed the steps step-by-step several times without any luck. 

 

charged the camera for more then 24 hours with the right type of charger. 

when connected to charger it it’s flashing amber x 2 when pressing the sync bottom, but it won’t turn blue 

 

some times I continuously flashing amber when it is disconnected from the charger

 

previous too the problem 

occurred the camera indicated in the app that it was overheated. Then the camera was disconnect connected for approximately three months. and now I can’t reconnect it to the app. Previous to trying to reset the camera it was deleted from the app.

 

Thankful for all the help I can get.

Use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose your camera (or use Contact Support) to see what official support may offer. You need a subscription of any sort to be able to get this help.
