Essential xl spotlight not working correctly.

Does anybody know how to return an arlo camera that does not work correctly. I called last night tried troubleshooting with person on phone . He tells me call back tomorrow if not working they will replace under warranty. Only to get the run around today on the phone with people whom are not even arlo reps . Most irritating thing ever !

If within the store return policy, use that since it's faster. Otherwise, you must use the Contact Support link at the bottom here to create a case and get them to issue the RMA.

What are you experiencing that suggests the camera is now working correctly? Could you provide details?
