I have no sound who can speak to for help.

Are you saying that you cannot hear any sound when you play the recording on your PC or phone?

Or that someone at the camera cannot hear you when you use the 2-way talk feature?

Something else???

Both there no sound at all.

You can access support within the Arlo Secure mobile app under Settings > Support if you have a subscription plan.
