Essential cameras not charging

I have 2 arlo cameras that are a year and a half old. Essential pro. They do not open or have a changeable battery. Plug in charge only. They were giving me a message they were off line and not connected to internet. This happens a lot. I removed cameras and went to charge them. They will not charge. No blue light blinking when plugging on. No light at all when i push button. Left them plugged in all night. Nothing happening still. Will never recommend this product.

Are you using an official Arlo branded charging cable?

 

If there is no LED behavior the moment the cable is plugged in, this could be an indication that the charging cable is not compatible or is defective.

Yes. I spoke to customer support. Apparently there is no fix for this. And since they are over a year old they are off warranty. So the only solution they would give me is a 30 % coupon off a new camera purchase, which I have to use within two weeks or the offer is off the table. I don't recommend these cameras. I've already spent $1200 and now I have to spend more?

Did you test the charger to ensure it's supplying power to the camera? Is it an official Arlo charger and cable?
