I purchased essential camera usb option not working tried multiple usb drives and figured after 3 month trial would be able to see video maybe not stored as long the fact that doesn’t without any subscription makes this camera a waste of my money want my money back for these overpriced cameras called customer care given the runaround even technical support couldn’t help

If you have the cam connected to a Hub/Base you can store recordings on the USB if greater then 16GB. If not yea the cloud storage runs out after the trial. It says right on the box and product page about a 3 month "trial" to smart is include.
