Essential camera battery drain over 5 weeks

Can anyone tell me why my camera batteries don't last longer than 5 weeks,need to keep taking them down to recharge.

About how many minutes of video recordings are you getting per day on the camera?

 

Note if you use activity zones, you need to disable them for a day or so, in order to estimate this.

 

Arlo has a specific set of assumptions that they use in developing their battery life estimates:

  • 4000 seconds of streaming per month from the camera (about 2 minutes per day).
  • 30 second recordings
  • 1/3 of the recordings made with the spotlight on.

If your usage is higher than this, then you will need to recharge more often.
