Support Team, I have two Essentials XL (VMC2030). When I tried to charge one of them it will not charge. I am using the official Arlo charging cable to power plug. One of the two cameras charge but the other one will not. This leads me to believe the one that's not charging has a faulty battery. How do I fix or replace this?

Use the app to go to Settings, Support. Choose your camera and scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support for a possible RMA.

The issue is I had to reset it to factory default and there isn't enough charge in the battery to reconnect to app in order for me to follow your instructions.
Is there any other suggestion to get in contact with Arlo support and get the RMA?

You stated that you have 2 Essential XL cameras - you can still select that model. This, of course, means you have a subscription which enables you to talk to official support. As long as you have a sub, you can see about that RMA.

Are you saying that the cameras are no longer in your account?
