Essential XL Spotlight

I just purchased 2 Essential XL Spotlight Cameras that have rechargeable batteries.  How long do the batteries last and what do you do when they no longer charge?  Are they replaceable or do you have to replace the entire camera? 

The housing looks like one complete sealed unit

The camera is sealed, and the batteries are not replaceable.

The cameras were launched about a year ago, so there isn't any field data on how long the cameras will last.
