Essential XL Spotlight/ Pro 2 cameras are not recording

My Essential XL Spotlight camera is not recording although it is connected to my ARLO base station which is connected to my internet. My Arlo Pro 2 is not recording either. What could be the problem?

Did you try restarting the base?

Are both cameras "Armed"? Are you able to make manual recordings when live streaming?
